Fashion Designer (32-40H)

We are looking for a Fashion Designer with a strong focus on Graphic Design to join our team and help translate the Equalité identity into strong visuals, artworks and logos across our collections, while also contributing to the design of garments and silhouettes.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection between fashion, street culture, music and sport and knows how to translate ideas into powerful graphics and well-designed garments.
What you’ll do
- Create original graphics, artworks and logos for apparel and accessories
- Design prints, typography and illustrations for seasonal collections
- Design garments, silhouettes and fits across our collections
- Work closely with the founder and design team on the creative direction of collections
- Develop concept decks, mood boards and mock-ups to present design ideas
- Ensure all graphics and designs are production-ready
- Stay up to date with trends in fashion, streetwear, music and sports culture
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years experience in apparel graphic design or fashion design
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphics, logos, typography and apparel design
- Experience designing garments and understanding fits and silhouettes
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- A strong sense of visual identity, typography and design aesthetics
- Ability to work both independently and within a creative team
