Yes, the return costs are always for the customer unless otherwise agreed.
What is the return period?
You have 14 days after receipt to return your order. Please note that items can only be returned if they have not been worn and have a tag attached.
How to return an item
To return an item, you must register the return via this link.
Enter the last 5 digits of your order number + email address in this link and register your return immediately.
You can return items:
- within 14 days of delivery.
- when the item is complete, new (no stains and/or wear), unworn and - as far as reasonably possible - in the undamaged original packaging and in any case properly packaged with labels and (price) tags still attached.
There are items that cannot be returned. This concerns:
- Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene and have been sent sealed and of which the seal has been broken.
When you receive your order, please check immediately whether all items have been delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service email@example.com soon as possible
If you order on www.Equalité.nl, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days from the moment you, or a designated third party, receive the last item of the entire order. During the cooling-off period you must handle the items sent with care. During the cooling-off period you can decide whether you want to keep the item(s). You may try on/try on the item(s) as you would normally do in the store. Until you have decided to actually keep the item, you are not allowed to use it.
Our warehouse has 5 business days to process your return. You will then receive the money, including any shipping costs for the outward shipment, back into your account within 2-5 working days. However, we may wait until the products have been returned or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. Items cannot be exchanged
