When can I expect my order?

We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and hand it over to the carrier.

  • Monday to Friday before 11:30 PM ordered → next day delivery

  • Saturday before 3:00 PM ordered → Monday at home

Which carrier will ship my order?

  • Within the Netherlands: always with DHL or PostNL

  • Outside the Netherlands: with different carriers, depending on the country of destination

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

  • Within the Netherlands:

    • Orders under €130 → €6.95 shipping costs

    • Orders from €130 → free shipping

  • Outside the Netherlands:

    • Shipping costs vary by country and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track &trace code.

I have no track &Received a trace, what now?

First check your spam folder. If you haven't received anything there, please contact us via info@equalite.nl.

My package wasn't delivered, what now?

In that case, please contact us via info@equalite.nlIf necessary, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

My order is delayed, what now?

During busy periods, a shipment may take a little longer to arrive. In that case, please wait 1 to 2 working daysIf your order still hasn't arrived, please send us an email.

What happens if I entered an incorrect address?

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the order amount will be automatically refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot resend packages from our logistics center.

How does a pre-order work?

Can I cancel or change my order?
