When can I expect my order?

We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and hand it over to the drivers.

Within Europe We ship with DHL, the following shipping times apply.

Ordered before 23:30 Mon / Fri, shipped the same day.

Ordered before 3pm on Saturday, delivered on Monday.


Do I have to pay for shipping costs?

If you choose to have your order delivered to an address within the Netherlands and your spending amount is below € 120, then shipping costs of € 6.95 are associated with this. However, if the total spending amount is above € 120, then the order will be shipped free of charge.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. As soon as your order has been packed and is ready for shipping, you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace number. With this you can check the status of the order.

I did not receive a track and trace, what now?

If you have not received a track and trace, please contact our customer service.

My package has not been delivered, what now?
