When can I expect my order?
We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and pass it on to the drivers.
Within Europe we ship with DHL, the following shipping times apply.
Mon / Fri if ordered before 11:30 PM, shipped the same day.
Order before 3:00 PM on Saturday, delivered on Monday.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
If you choose to have your order delivered to an address within the Netherlands and your spending amount is less than € 100, shipping costs of € 6.95 will be charged. However, if the total spending amount is above € 100, the order will be shipped free of charge.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a track-and-trace number. This allows you to check the status of the order.
I did not receive track and trace, what now?
If you have not received track and trace, please contact our customer service.
My package has not been delivered, what now?

Is it possible to cancel my order?
Once you place an order, it is no longer possible to cancel or change this order.
