Returns to Equalité
We hope you're happy with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with it, you can easily return it. Read on to find out how.
Return period
You can place your order until 14 days after receipt return.
Please note: Items can only be returned if they:
- are unworn and undamaged
- be in original condition
- be provided with all attached labels
How returns work
- Register your return via our returns portal
- Enter your email address and the last 6 digits of your order number.
- Follow the steps and prepare your package for shipping
Return costs
The return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed with us in advance.
Return Policy
A return will be accepted when:
- the article has been registered within 14 days after delivery
- the item is unworn and undamaged
- all labels and tags are still attached
- the item is returned properly packaged (preferably in the original packaging)
Exceptions
Items that are delivered sealed for hygiene reasons (such as underwear and socks) cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
Reflection period
After receiving your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. During this period, you can try on and examine the item as you would in a physical store. The item may not be worn or used.
If an item is damaged or missing something, please contact us as soon as possible via info@equalite.nl.
Refund
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 working days incorporated.
After processing, the purchase amount will be credited 2–10 business days refunded via the original payment method.
We may wait with reimbursement until that the return shipment has been received by us.
Swap
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items.
Want a different size or color? You can return the item and place a new order yourself.
